Employment Supports Program
The Employment Supports Program is a provincially funded program that helps adults with self-disclosed disabilities find and maintain meaningful employment. Whether you are entering the workforce for the first time, looking for a new job, or need support in your current role, we provide personalized assistance to help you reach your goals.
How We Support Job Seekers
Our program offers up to one year of support, helping you:
Find a job that fits your skills and interests
Keep your job with support and check-ins
Set and achieve career growth goals while employed
Connect with peers through group workshops and shared experiences
Works with other social assistance programs like Employment Insurance and Ontario Works to ensure support through wrap-around services that go beyond employment.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, job seekers must:
Be 16 years or older
Self-disclose a disability
Be legally entitled to work in Canada
Have a Social Insurance Number (SIN)
Have a valid form of identification (photo ID, status card, passport, health card, etc.)

We help businesses create inclusive workplaces by offering:
Education and support for hiring and working with employees with disabilities
Workshops and resources on accessibility and inclusion in the workplace
Peer support opportunities to connect with other employers who value inclusive hiring
